This years’ Art Moments starts with the legendary COLORS Magazine’s cover photos exhibition.
COLORS Magazine was founded by Tibor Kalman and the former creative director of Benetton, Oliviero Toscani, in 1991. The magazine’s unconventional profile was to present common social issues – most of the times through powerful, provocative images -, instead of dealing with the latest fashion trends. The aim of COLORS was to show the world to the world by using clear, understandable pictures, that’s why we can find various topics among the issues, from fast food nation to racism. And the eternal message of COLORS: diversity is good and it can make a nice change.
